Deion Sanders just can’t let go despite his son Shedeur being drafted by the Cleveland Browns and well on his way to an NFL career. At the age of 23, Shedeur should probably be standing up for himself and making his own decisions but apparently Deion thinks he’s still in charge. Doug has dealt with these kinds of parents as an NCAA D1 head coach and explains how that type of behavior wouldn’t fly in his program, much less at an NFL franchise.
