Mobile Ticketing & Parking

Mobile tickets and parking passes for all ticketed sports have been implemented to expedite ticket delivery and transferring of tickets. All fans are encouraged to download their game tickets and parking passes to their smartphone well in advance of arrival at Valley Children's Stadium. Clear Bag Policy

Only Clear Bags are allowed inside Valley Children's Stadium

Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.”

Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above.

An exception will be made for any necessary medical items and diaper bags, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Valley Children's Stadium.

Three bag-check stations are available around the stadium entry points for items that don’t meet the policy.

Stadium Entry Enhancements

New Entry Points for 2025: Two additional gates are now fully open for fan entry — the Northwest and Southwest gates (both accessible from the White Lot off Millbrook).

Faster Security Screening in 2025: Over 10 new high-speed metal detectors have been added at the North, Northeast, and South gates. These allow fans to move through security more quickly without needing to empty bags or pockets.

More Entry Lines in 2025: Additional lines will be available at all gates to ease congestion.

Fan Experience

Bulldog BLVD, presented by the Central Valley Toyota dealers, is the official pregame fan fest. Bulldog BLVD is located in the plaza between Valley Children's Stadium, the Bulldog Soccer Stadium, and Bob Bennett Stadium. Bulldog BLVD opens three hours prior to kickoff and features a pre-game show, music, food trucks and more!

Beer and wine sales are available at Valley Children's Stadium concessions stands and concourse stands.

The Bulldog Shop

In addition to multiple merchandise kiosks throughout the stadium, a new game day shopping experience will be located at Valley Children's Stadium. A 300 sq ft container store will offer fans the best selection of Bulldog gear each game day.

The Central Valley Toyota Dealers are proud to present Bulldog BLVD - the official pregame fan fest of Fresno State Athletics - located in the open plaza area between Bob Bennett Stadium, the Soccer Stadium, and Valley Children's Stadium.

Come join The Biggest Party in the Valley with the Bring the Juice Tailgate Stage, presented by Tioga-Sequoia's Red Wave Lite Lager. Fans can access special offerings from Fresno Street Eats, meet special guests, and take home Bulldog prizes. Bulldog BLVD opens three hours prior to kickoff and is free to enter.

Valley Children's Stadium Rules

Security and Prohibited Items:

Electronic metal detection devices will be in use at all of the entrance gates to Valley Children's Stadium.

All bags and persons are subject to search upon entry, and only clear bags will be permitted inside Valley Children's Stadium.

Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) are not permitted anywhere on -or above- University Property

Fans may bring one (1) factory-sealed water bottle under 24-ounces into Valley Children's Stadium.

Smoking/Tobacco Policy:

All campuses of the California State University System are required to be smoke and tobacco free. “Smoke Free” means the use of cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and other “smoke” emanating products including e-cigarettes, vapor devices, and all other like products. “Tobacco free” means all tobacco products including smokeless tobacco and snuff. None of these above listed products will be permitted on campus grounds including athletic facilities, practice fields, and parking lots.

Policy on the Staking and Securing of Tents and Other Items:

Fresno State Campus Buildings and Grounds policy states there is no staking permitted on the campus. This includes all facilities managed and operated by the Athletic Corporation. Weights shall be utilized for the anchoring and securing of temporary structures such as tents and canopies. Weights may be water-filled barrels, sand bags, or concrete blocks. All local companies that rent and set up tents at Fresno State events have been informed of this policy. In addition to “No Staking”, tents, canopies, pop-ups, inflatables, and signs may not be affixed to any tree or tree stake.

Parking and Tailgate Information:

General game day parking is $20.

All automobiles will be directed by parking attendants to their parking space. Spaces may not be saved.

All cars are directed where to park by lot attendants. We appreciate your cooperation. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas, or those not following directions of Game Management personnel, are subject to tow, and actions could result in revocation of parking privileges and passes.

Lots open six (6) hours prior to kickoff.

Vehicles may remain in the lots up to two (2) hours following the conclusion of the game.

ALL PARKING PERMITS are for one vehicle to park in one stall. Parking pass holders are not permitted to hold stalls for others or use additional parking permits to occupy parking stalls with tailgate items. Tailgating is not permitted within any parking stall. Tailgating is limited to the space directly behind each vehicle.

Auto passes in all lots (Blue, Red, White, Purple, Green) are for passenger vehicles only. Limos, trailers, or RVs are NOT PERMITTED in the general parking areas. Pass holders are responsible for cleaning up all trash within their area upon departure.

Tailgating items such as, but not limited to: tents, tables, chairs, grills, games, etc. - MAY NOT block driveways, firelanes, or occupy parking stalls. Aisleways within the parking lots must always remain clear and allow vehicles to pass through.

During the game it is permissible to tailgate in the Red, White, and Blue Lots. Tailgating in the Purple and Green Lots shall conclude at kick-off time.

Tents - A 10 x 10 pop up tent may be set up directly behind a vehicle. Per the State Fire Marshal tents must be weighted per manufacturer specifications using sandbags or concrete blocks. Fresno State Campus Buildings and Grounds policy prohibits staking in any of our grass parking lots. Tents may also not be affixed to any tree or fence.

Alcohol cannot be consumed in Yellow Parking Lots.

Glass containers, charcoal and woodchip grills, deep fryers and open flame BBQs are NOT PERMITTED in the general parking areas of the Red, White, Blue, Purple and Green Lots. Propane cooking devices are permissible.

Alcohol cannot be sold in any manner.

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol.

Food and Beverage may not be sold to the general public.

Kegs (of any size) including party balls, are prohibited.

Unsafe or irresponsible consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated.

Tailgaters may play music, but it must not contain vulgarity and the sound level will be restricted to make the tailgate experience pleasurable for everyone.

Tailgaters are responsible for cleaning up all trash within their area upon departure.

Picnic pass holders must park their vehicles within their designated picnic area. If a vehicle does not fit within the picnic spot, that vehicle will be directed to park in the Purple Lot (P20, P23, P24).

All grass parking lots are subject to closure due to inclement weather. Please check for alternative parking options on game day through social media as well as the internet, radio, TV, and newspaper.

Non-compliance with any of these rules or requests by Fresno State staff are grounds for ejection from the lot and discontinuation of tailgating privileges.

Failure to abide by rules of the University, Athletic Department, or any requests made by stadium security or event personnel could result in removal from the premises, revocation of parking privileges and/or criminal prosecution.

Fan Code of Conduct:

The Mountain West and Fresno State are committed to the ideals of good sportsmanship, safety, and fair play. Fresno State prides itself on providing intercollegiate athletics as an important part of the educational experience for all its students. We ask all persons to please show respect for the opposing team, game officials, and each other – before, during, and after the game. Persons throwing objects or participating in other acts in conflict with good sportsmanship, safety, and fair play are subject to ejection and prosecution.

Fresno State Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry, remove from the stadium, and/or prevent future attendance, anyone who has engaged in harassment of officials, team members, staff, and/or other fans, or who have otherwise violated this fan code of conduct. Harassment includes any physical harm to others, as well as any verbal harassment in the form of abusive, obscene or discriminatory (on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other protected category) language or gestures.

Valley Children's Stadium Gameday Guide for fans with disabilities

Parking:

There are a limited number of accessible parking stalls available in the Red, White, and Blue parking lots around Valley Children's Stadium. These parking lots will open up 4 hours prior to kickoff, and accessible parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $20 charge to park in the accessible stalls, and a valid ADA placard must be presented.

Additional accessible stalls are located in campus Lot P1. Once those stalls are filled, other guests will be accommodated in the general P1 parking area.

From Valley Children's Stadium, Lot P1 can be accessed by traveling south on Cedar, East on Shaw, and turning left on Maple to enter the lot.

There is a drop off area at the entrance to Lot P1, where fans can wait while parking.

University Traffic Operations will be present with a courtesy golf cart if needed

Game-Day Shuttle:

There is a free shuttle service for all fans parking in the Green Lots for football game days. Game Day parking is $20.

Shuttle buses begin 3 hours prior to kickoff, and will run through the end of the 1st Quarter.

Bus Stops are located along Barstow Ave, Woodrow Ave, and Maple Roundabout. All shuttle buses run the same route, and drop off at the North entrance to Valley Children's Stadium.

Starting at the end of the 3rd Quarter, the shuttle buses will pick up at the North entrance to Valley Children's Stadium, and return fans to the same stops along Barstow, Woodrow, and Maple.

There is an additional shuttle bus picking up from the Maple Roundabout that is specifically equipped to accommodate fans in wheelchairs, and those that need mobility assistance.

Please let the Traffic Operations Staff, Parking Staff, or Bus Drivers know if you are in need of any other assistance.

ADA Seating Information:

Accessible and companion seating, as well as seating for those individuals with other mobility disabilities are available at the top of the following sections: 7, 8, 14, 15, 28, and 34. Seating is also available at the bottom of sections: 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33.

Please reference the Valley Children's Stadium seating map or call 559-278-3647 in order to identify ADA seating areas.

When purchasing tickets, please inform the box office – or select on the website – whether you need a wheelchair accessible seat or a companion seat.

Fans who have difficulty navigating stairs are suggested to make seat selections at or near the top row of each section. Once inside Valley Children's Stadium, golf cart shuttles are available to those individuals in need of pick up and drop off services at the top of seating sections.

The following entrance gates are nearest to each of the parking lots and drop-off areas at Valley Children's Stadium:

Blue Lot – ADA Gate (SW Corner), or South Gate

White Lot – West Gate

Red Lot – East Gate

Purple Lot – North East Gate, or North Gate

Shuttle Bus – North Gate

If you have parked in the ADA stalls in the White Lot or Red lot, please inform the parking staff if you would need a courtesy ride to the gate entrance.

Once inside of the entrance gate, there are benches and waiting areas for the free golf cart shuttles that can take you near your seats. Golf carts will pick up and drop off at the entrance gates, as well as the top (Behind) each seating section.

After the game, the carts will return you to the entrance gate nearest to your parking lot.
